Visions2form was founded in the beginning of 2007 by Reinhard Binder and Annette Michael. Our vision is to give impluses to a wide range of economic, scienctific and social tasks. Our strength is flexibility paired with major personal experience, commitment and a network of selected professionals. To meet the standarts of every single project we bring together a interdisciplinary team of generalists and especialists with a multiciply of qualities and experiences in the fields of design, branding, architecture, management, journalism, engineering, psychology, philosophy and philology.		Annette Michael collected in the beginning of her career professional experience in media and publishing. After joining Interbrand Zintzmeyer&Lux in 1995 she was engaged in several offices of the gruop, lastly as Corporate Communications Director Germany. One of her main qualifications is the conception and realisation of internal and external communication. More than everything the implementation of transformational processes and corporate identity. Annette Michael studied at the Free University Berlin public relations and romance languages and profiled herself initially with non-profit campaigns in the social and charitable area. She is sustaining member of the Association of German Press Officers. Reinhard Binder possesses longlasting experience in corporate identity processes. During 16 years he was working with Interbrand Zintzmeyer&Lux, lastly as the Chief Creative Officer of the Group. Beside many other projects he was in charge of the corporate identity development and implementation for the Deutsche Telekom and conducted over ten years the corporate identity mandate of the BMW Group, one of Interbrand's biggest and most complex CI-programs. Under his creative direction the new MINI Identity was created. Reinhard Binder studied visual communication at the Academy of Fine Arts in Berlin and collected his early professional experience in publicity. He is member of the advisory board Designlabor Bremerhaven and member of the jury nominating the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany.		Work und Shop: Our office and meeting room, located in the middle of Berlin, right between Hackescher Markt and Museumsinsel is what we call our workshop. Here on the most limited space do art, established and young commerce, politics and new ideas all crowd together. New things are constanly emerging - inspired by the pulse of a city keeping re-inventing itself, day by day.
